Q: Why not hire a temp or a regular employee?

A: Virtual Assistants are independent contractors who work in their own fully equipped offices at a remote location. Because a Virtual Assistant is not your employee you save in the following ways:

With a temp agency, you may receive a different temp every time you need help.  Not only do temps need office space and equipment, they may time to adjust and/or training in office procedures.  When you contract with KeilMar Virtual Solutions, you get the same reliable service every time.

Q: How will business be conducted?

A: Work can be exchanged in various ways. If your business is local, we can arrange a scheduled pick up. Email, Fax, US Postal Service, FedEx and other delivery services are other great options as well.

Q: What if I only need your service occasionally?

A: No problem. A Virtual Assistant is completely flexible and works for you only when YOU need them, this could be just for one or two hours a week; once every six months; or as your business needs dictate. However, as you may require office support services on a regular basis, most Virtual Assistants offer a retainer package for this very reason. As the client, it is entirely up to you as to how often you require their services.

Q: How do I keep in touch with my Virtual Assistant?

A: Because Virtual Assistants work from remote locations, sometimes even in a different country, it's not always possible to have face-to-face contact. However, there are many other ways for you to keep in touch: telephone, email, instant messenger, and on-line meeting rooms are just a few ways to maintain contact between client and Virtual Assistant.

Q: How do we get started?

A: We will first have a telephone consultation. During this time you will tell us about your business and the type of assistance you are looking for. I will explain how KeilMar Virtual Solutions works and some of the ways that may be helpful to you with managing some of your administrative tasks. If we mutually decide to engage in a client relationship, a Client Information Package will be provided to you which will include our Work Agreement.

Communication is a very important part in any successful relationship. Developing a strong ongoing client relationship is of the utmost importance, therefore, to better service your needs, we will have weekly telephone conferences and/or emails.
